One of these is the Lincoln Aviator, a three-row crossover SUV that boasts all the fixings you want for a comfortable and upscale ride.2020 lincoln aviator specs and trim levels

Appealing Exterior

From the outside, the 2020 Lincoln Aviator is certainly something to see. It features a bold and aggressive front grille, full-LED headlights and taillights, and a wraparound windshield that matches the aviation-inspired theme of the design. Even the base model comes standard with low-profile roof rails, power-folding side mirrors with auto-dimming functionality on the driver’s side, proximity entry, and rain-sensing windshield wipers.

As you move through the upper trim levels, you can get additional exterior features as standard. Some of these include 20-inch or 22-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, unique accents, and soft-close doors. The Aviator is also available with a Class IV Trailer Tow package, which includes a Class IV hitch and wiring with four-pin and seven-pin connectors, trailer sway control, and a 250-amp alternator.

Power Beneath the Hood

The standard powertrain for the lower three trim levels includes a turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 engine that produces 415 pound-feet of torque and 400 horsepower. It works with a 10-speed automatic transmission that sends powers to the rear wheels. All-wheel drive is available as an upgrade on all trim levels except the Black Label, which already comes standard with the AWD system. The upper two trim levels feature a plug-in hybrid powertrain that includes the same V-6 engine, paired with an electric motor. The output with this powertrain jumps to 630 pound-feet of torque and 494 horsepower.

Innovative Safety Features

When you’re transporting precious cargo, you need to make sure that your vehicle has the safety features needed to keep your passengers as safe as possible. The 2020 Aviator doesn’t disappoint in this area, boasting an extensive array of innovative features. All trim levels come standard with automatic high beams, forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and a rearview camera with a built-in washer to keep the line of sight clear.

If you add the Class IV Trailer Tow package, your Aviator will also include additional trailer views within the blind spot monitoring system for improved safety. Adaptive cruise control, evasive steering assist, lane centering, and reverse braking assist are available within the Elements Package Plus.

Within the Cabin

The cabin of the latest Aviator is also extremely appealing. Tech features include a 10.1-inch touch screen, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, smartphone integration, simulated leather upholstery, tri-zone climate control, and power-adjustable, heated front seats. You can also get unique and upscale options for your cabin, such as additional charging ports, massaging seats, tip-and-slide second-row captain’s chairs, and a 28-speaker premium audio system.
